Rachel will ask you to list 3 problems/issues you’d like her to focus on. Through Rachel’s connection to the 7th Plane Energy and The Creator, she will to connect to your consciousness and find the imbalances causing those problems/issues listed. This is great if you’ve been feeling a bit negative or run down, sad but don’t know why. This is also a great maintenance session if you have recently had a ThetaHealing session with Rachel within the last 3 months. Rachel gets to the root cause/imbalance and clears only what is in your highest and most good.
